STATE OF THE NATION - A WARNING
Britain today is heading for a fall, spiritually speaking unless it does a big u turn in its policies and attitude towards religion. I say religion in the sense of Christianity. Britain was classed once as a Christian Nation and church was an integral part of family life all over the nation, but gradually this has declined and Christianity is becoming more of a cult than a religion in Britain. Why?
POLITICAL CORRECTNESS.
It is a strange phenomenon that has swept through Britain. It may well be happening in other countries but due to the size of Britain we feel changes more strongly and less watered down than other larger countries.
The idea is a good one but as always man takes things to the limit, the extreme and spoils what could have been productive into something destructive, but then that is what Satan wanted all along. In the west we pride ourselves in the fact that we can speak our mind and that part of our basic rights as a British subject is the right to free speech. This can be good and it can be bad but while ever you can speak both sides of the argument you have balance. Unfortunately this balance is now being eroded, and would you believe it the scales are tipping against Christianity.
People dare not speak the truth otherwise they will be called a racist or a terrorist, they will be hounded in court and their good intentions will be perverted into evil acts. We went through a phase where it was not PC (politically correct) to call some one black as it was deemed to be degrading. So far was this taken that they discussed renaming 'accident black spots' to 'accident hot spots', black pudding was on the list and someone even mentioned 'what will we do with 'Blackpool', the midlands west coast holiday resort. Man holes, Firemen, Policemen, and anything with man in was seen to be sexist, gone was man and in was person or operative. Every word a politician spoke was, and is scrutinised by people trying to find fault, especially with those who have a good name. I asked the BBC why there was so much emphasis on evolution in their programs and nothing on Creation. Considering evolution has been disproved so many times and the only thing evolving today is the theory of evolution itself, why didn't they mention both or none at all. The reply I got, considering we are supposed to be a Christian nation was heartbreaking. They said they had to portray the theory which was the most widely believed at the time. It didn't matter what was true or common sense, they had to think of the majority.
Freedom of speech is not literally free, it has its limitations. The result of this was that key issues regarding immigration, religion and racial problems are not being addressed because people are frightened they would be branded a racist. You can not be concerned for your country and the path it was taking as you will be labelled with the National Front, or Nazi party. Racism is the new weapon of Satan, and people, Christians as well are flocking to brandish it about to give them self a name.
What was and is the plan and purpose of political correctness, surely it is not all bad, it does no harm? On the contrary it silenced a lot of good people, who had the foresight to see where it was leading and what was going to happen in this country. It was like a thick fog which descended on Britain allowing the enemy to come on to our shores and root them selves into the fabric of the country. Like a cancer it lay undetected through fear, the foundations for the destruction of Christianity in Britain had been laid. Before you brand me a racist I would like to point out I do not appose immigrants entering into Britain and I am not calling individuals or groups cancerous or the enemy. I see Satan's plans coming to fruition, through the neglect of politicians who have allowed this Political correctness, which is the cancer to eat into this country setting up the way for Satan to sweep through our laws, religion, way of life changing them for ever.
IMMIGRATION
As a result of the political correctness I have just been talking about, and the fact that we are in a position where Christian values are being compromised by political correctness, it is no wonder that Satan has attacked our immigration policy and has caused a mass immigration problem in the west. Why do people travel half way round the world to get to Britain before applying for asylum. The reason is bound in Satan's plan for the destruction of the Christian faith.
Since the attack on the twin towers and the subsequent investigations into tracking down the terrorists we have seen that majority of them have either come from Britain or have been stationed here while they trained. Britain has become due to its ineffectual immigration policy a haven for international terrorists. More importantly to Christians a haven for Muslim extremists. It is these who want to destroy Christianity and overthrow the west. Britain, America are being targeted as key strong holds which need converting to the Muslim faith. Once these have fallen they know the hard part is over.
This is not a secret attack, they openly proclaim their intentions and say their God has decreed it. I watched a program that went inside the Islamic faith in Britain and interviewed Muslims who openly hate the west and Britain but stay here to make money and await the call to fight. If Britain doesn't wake up we are heading for a very dark time. Leaders are ignoring or are been blinded by fear through Political correctness to what is going on and will not speak up. Those that have, have been hounded out of their party and have been branded racists. Is it racist to want to protect your country and keep that which you believe in. In Britain we used to be proud to be British and Christian now there is no British people, we are multi-cultural and multi-faith. Price Charles does not consider himself to be protector of the faith, the Christian faith, but announced he was the protector of the 'faiths'. He has compromised his position and although he is outspoken in issues, he has forgotten his duty to God and his own belief.
Part of Satan's attack on countries is to get rid of their sovereignty, their identity. If you can water down the idea of belonging to family you can split that family. During World War II people were brought together through a determination to protect the British way, our life style and faith. Britain has always had a strong view of what is British and rightly or wrongly has defended that identity. Winston Churchill used that pride in our history to ask of people more than they would normally give. Nowadays the British identity is under attack and with it our sovereignty. It is not Politically correct to say you are British and wave the flag, unless it is in sport. What people don't realise is that they are giving up more than a cultural identity they are giving up God's protection on our nation. When people attack us from out side, like WWII, God came to our aid in many circumstances throughout the war. We have heard of many coincidences which resulted in British troop's succeeding in their endeavours. The weather stopped many invasions yet changed for the better when we wanted it to. All this will be lost if we choose to turn our back on God, and it is our choice because we have the power to stop it.
We must fight against the people who want to tear down the barriers of this country and allow any one to enter. But more than this we must hold on to our laws and not allow these immigrants to bring with them their laws and religions and have them integrated into ours. You can see the biggest opponents of the immigration laws and rules concerning asylum are the ones who use them and abuse them. These people are becoming politically active and are moving up the political ladder in order to bring about the final change in Britain, Christianity has a life span in Britain and with it God's blessing we have come to take for granted.
THE CHURCH
The Church has to wake up to what is happening in the country they reside. Although I do not believe in getting to deep in politics, I do believe we should pray God will bring the right people to the position, always remembering His will not ours. We do not know the hearts of man and whether Satan is grooming people to stand for President or Priminister or even lower down the ladder in regional government, only God knows. I speak to myself as much as others when I say that we must get more involved with God when it comes to putting leaders in positions of authority. Just because someone says they are a Christian doesn't mean they will fight for the Christian faith or abide by Christian values, look at Tony Blair. What we should be looking for is someone who will speak the truth and speak it when it hurts. Politicians do not like to upset voters, and we have seen where this leads, we need people of conviction and foresight, not necessarily Christians.
What is even worse is that the Church is more than likely responsible for the present state our nation is in. Why? Because we have consistently over the past 20 years done nothing to stop the breaking down of values in the home and in the Country. We have allowed laws to be passed which allow abortion, homosexuality and pornography to invade our every day life as normal acceptable practice. God has been removed from Schools and our television, so as not to offend other religions (so they say). We have sat back and watched Christianity been hacked away and wonder now why we are in such a state, nationally and globally.
Do we really expect God to sit back and watch as we abuse and poison His Word and Gospel. How long did we think it would be before God would rebukes us and pass judgement on us for turning His name into a laughing stock. How many warnings have we had and how many did we actually see over the last 20 years, were we even bothered.
If you look back we have seen Britain and America hit by extremes of weathers, earth quakes, droughts, financial problems, wars. God will not save His judgement up and exact it on those left during the period of tribulation. They will get the judgement due to man for His sin and for following Satan. We have missed the mark and we have brought judgement on ourselves during our life time, and we will suffer in our life time because of it. I firmly believe the judgement will come in the form of the Muslim faith. This is not to say God will allow Islam to take over the world, but He will allow the Church to be pruned of the dead branches, and Britain will slip into darkness before He lifts us out, when He will then punish Islam for its Sins. If you don't think God could do this then read Habakkuk, and his plea with God about the state of his nation Israel, and how God used the Babylonians to reap His judgement on Israel, before destroying the Babylonians afterward.
God is a God of Love and I am sure it must grieve Him to see the world and His church in this state but when you repeatedly ignore the warnings and the Word itself then God has no alternative but to punish and restore order to is people to bring them back onto the true path.
Britain and America will be judged for its part in the deaths of innocent people over the last 20 or so years. What deaths?
The famines and droughts all over the world which it could have stopped by giving real aid, the deaths caused by bombs which it dropped in the name of peace for political or economic reasons, the countless deaths caused by the abortion bill. The deaths on our own doorstep of the old and infirm through cold winters ad no help. The lost souls who died to a black eternity because Christianity has become a joke and an embarrassment.
We revel in our achievements in modern technology and medicines and yet more people are dying as a result of these achievements; alcohol, drugs, weapons, cigarettes, abortion, stress of modern life. If the church is to make a difference now it must be ready for what is coming and pray that God will spare His full anger on our Nation. We must go back to what God intended the Church to be and Christians to be, a light in the darkness, salt that hasn't lost its savour, children who know their father, God.
We don't need to learn how to live we need to learn how to be. Many Church's now preach a social form of Christianity, how we should live, what our views ought to be in the modern world and how we should react to modern thinking. How we can change the way we see ourselves in order to accept who we are. Its all rubbish, and of Satan. God wants us to BE, to get on with it and stop talking about it, to stop fellowshiping with one another and start saving one another, to stop being scared of offending and start telling the truth, to stop being politically correct and be Biblically correct.
I fear, judging by the state of the Churches today that most will not see what will hit them and they will be catapulted into a dark place where they will question their own beliefs. This will just be a forerunner of what will be during the tribulation and will not come close to the horrors they will see. God says there will be a falling away first and I believe this will be soon as Islam spreads like a disease across the continents unhindered by the Church. I hope I am wrong, I hope the Church wakes up, some will and they will be stronger for it, and they will see the Rapture.
