WEATHER WEAPONS.
Belive it or not, technology has developed to the point where it can alter our weather. Unfortunately the benefits were not for mankind, but against. The aim of this technology is to destabalise countries,alter views about global climates, get funding for bogus departments and generaly work to a predetermined aganda.

You would think that this technology is new but would you be surprised to leard that it goes back well into the early 60's. So much so that the United Nations felt so strongly at the way in which the technology was being led it wanted all countries concerned to sign a treaty banning the use of such technology for Military or any Hostile use.

The question begs to be asked why produce such a document asking for the control of certain technology if that technology didn't exist (click on document to read copy of full treaty). Further more why would Malaysia ask to use this technology to help clear their smog problem if there were no truth in the story. It is also iteresting to note that the News article which mentioned Malaysia reported that they were asking to use 'Russian technology'. ...News Item..

Even more convincing is the fact that America, who obviously have the technology too have a law governing the use of such technology. A law which has been on the books since the late 60's. You can read all about the law by going to,

Scenes pictured on this page are becoming more frequent and not just in the usual places, how many are can we actually say are natural in origin? Two articles of interest from 1977 and 1982 question the technology and its use.

What possible point would there be in altering the weather, what could a country gain from such technology. For a start you could de-stabilise a countries economy like South America by wiping out its crop of bannanas and coffee, or any crop which a country depends on through export. You could cause starvation or heat waves causing wide spread pannic and confusion. Not to mention the human life lost through hurricanes and tidal waves and all the severe destructive climate changes.
